About Us
- Carolina Dog Training, LLC uses a calm, assertive
method to achieve a well-behaved, happy dog you
can proudly take anywhere regardless of
distractions!
Clear, effective leadership promotes respect and allows
your dog to be at peace because he understands his role
in your pack.
We can train any dog: any age, any breed, and correct
any behavior issue !
Our personalized training programs teach you how to
calmly, assertively, and consistently give your dog rules
and limitations to correct and control unwanted behavior.
No two dogs or owners are alike; each lesson is
tailored to the goals of the owner and his dog.
Owners can learn to see the world through their dog's
eyes. The owner must act consistently with his dog
daily to prevent unwanted behaviors from returning.
When owners stick to a balanced program, change
comes quickly.
About the Founder
Elaine Pendell, M.Ed is a Certified Professional
Trainer and a graduate of the National K-9 School for
Dog Trainers and the International School for Dog
Trainer's E-Touch Training program.
She is an AKC CGC® APPROVED EVALUATOR and
a member of the I.A.C.P (International Association of
Canine Professionals) as well as the National K-9
Trainer's Association. She holds a Master of
Education degree and has taught both children and
adults in the fields of special education, elementary, and
English as a Second Language.
- Elaine's teaching experience with people, in concert with
her natural ability to communicate with dogs, makes her
an outstanding instructor. Among her various volunteer
efforts, she participates in DELTA SOCIETY® PET
PARTNERS® program with her Canine Good Citizen
Labrador Retriever.
Carolina Dog Training, LLC is a member of the
International Association of Canine Professionals, The
National K9 Trainer's Association, The Apex Chamber
of Commerce and the Women's Business Owners
Network of Cary, North Carolina.
